Role Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, sales operations, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Client Success: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, working collaboratively with clients to expand the scope of our services and products.
  • Sales & Renewals: Drive account retention and renewals by understanding client goals and demonstrating the value of our solutions to support their objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support, to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality client experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to senior management.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience.
  • Account Management and Business Development skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions and technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
