  • Responsible for payroll and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports.
  • Overall responsible in handle full spectrum of human resources and administration functions including maintenance and up keeps of office, stationery and office equipment etc.
  • Apply, renew and maintain company licenses, foreign workers matters with relevant government and authorities bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Provide administration support in HR task including recruitment, selection process , foreign worker affairs, compensation & Benefits, training etc
  • Responsible for all HR documentation including employment letters, promotion letters and others related to employment history of staff.
  • Assist in ISO documentation and ISO certifications.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies (LHDN/PERKESO/KWSP & HDRF) for legal and administration requirement.
  • Issued Cheque /Handling Petty cash flow.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Must be able to start work immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
