  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications

· A SPM in any field or minimum of 3 years working experience in logistics.

Job experience

· Minimum 2 years in the Co-Packing industry.

· Good working experience and knowledge in the area of managing inventory.

· Broad knowledge in distribution and warehousing would be advantageous.

Technical skills

· Well versed with ISO, 5S, GMP/GSP or any relevant discipline. For importantly, is the ability to interpret and apply these statutory requirements where needed within the Organization.

· Ability to design an efficient and effective process(s) within the functionalities of the assigned Operations area to support the needs of the business and operations. Equally important is the ability to recognize the need to re-engineer these processes as the needs of the business evolves.

Language proficiency

· Good verbal and written proficiency in English.

· Good verbal and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

· Ability to speak other related languages to the business would be advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure that the department comply with guidelines for safety, security and cleanliness of the work area.

· Ensure the inventory-related SOP and operation SOP is in place for daily operation

· Ensure the timely arrival of stock and packaging materials for production

· Ensure monthly stock count accuracy and do reconcile difference if any

· Ensure that subordinates’ job function is met to the level of the required expectations take necessary action when it is not. KPI

· Implementing Operations Strategies assigned by management and perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

· To report regularly to the immediate superior on the performance of the areas of responsibilities.

Ensure adherence of all Tranz Alliance Policy and Procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
