Job Requirement:
- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees.
- Extensive knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, including their benefits and usage.
- Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inventory and merchandising.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
- Knowledge of beauty trends and industry developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in beauty or retail management is a plus.
