As the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the non-halal food court at Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Your key responsibilities will include:

    -Financial Management: Oversee the outlet's costs, profits, and losses, ensuring effective financial control and adherence to budget targets. -Sales Target Development: Set sales targets for stalls and mini restaurants, develop strategies to meet these targets, and monitor sales performance. -Cost Control: Implement and enforce cost control measures to maximize profitability and reduce wastage. -Tenant Sourcing & Stall Setup: Manage the sourcing of new tenants for the food court and coordinate the setup of new stalls, ensuring smooth operations from the start. -Adherence to Company Policies: Uphold the company's rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all staff and tenants. -Customer & Tenant Support: Act as a point of contact for tenants, customers, and cleaners, providing prompt assistance for requests and queries. -Operational Audits: Conduct routine hygiene checks and inventory audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations. -Aesthetic Maintenance: Maintain high standards of the outlet's overall aesthetics, including food and stall displays, ensuring an appealing environment for customers. -External Contractors & Suppliers: Serve as the point-of-contact for external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. -Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement. -Additional Duties: Take on any other duties or projects assigned by your superior as required.
    -Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential for communication with tenants, suppliers, and customers. -Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail, food & beverage, or operations management, preferably in a food court or similar environment. -Leadership Skills: Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. -Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, sales targets, and cost control. -Customer Focused: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset. -Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
