We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to oversee key account management, drive lead generation, manage sales operations, and support business development initiatives on a daily basis.

What will you do?

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Manage sales operations to hit revenue targets.
  • Drive business development and support project-based sales.
  • Work with internal teams to align business goals and client needs.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management and business development.
  • Knowledge of data center solutions and technologies is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Proven skills in lead generation and sales.
  • Strong experience in sales operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
