- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Taking orders, preparing packing list, checking purchase order from customers and issuing invoice
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer enquiries, receive customers’ complaints and coordinates with sales and deliveries
- Maintain an efficient control system of records, invoices and Delivery orders
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
