  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Taking orders, preparing packing list, checking purchase order from customers and issuing invoice
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer enquiries, receive customers’ complaints and coordinates with sales and deliveries
  • Maintain an efficient control system of records, invoices and Delivery orders
  • Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Training will be provided
