Job Description

Culinary Duties:

- Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines to maintain food quality and presentation.

- Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and served in compliance with food safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Stewarding Duties:

- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and storage areas.

- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment as needed.

- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
