Job description Promotion Planning & Merchandising · Develop trade strategies and promotion plans to drive growth in market share, and visibility and increase range selling · Prepare and report projected sales forecast. Track unusual increases/decreases in customer demand. · Effectively coordinate to ensure activities were executed as planned & complied with the company SOP · Develop merchandising guidelines and directions per POP and brand vision and objectives. Cross Department Collaboration & Trade Partner Management · Work with the internal team to develop effective trade promotions. · Work closely with the sales team to strengthen and expand the distribution channel · Conduct trade visits to outlets of different regions to implement and audit brand and marketing communications Budget planning and Monitoring · Ensure the sales achievement’s budget matches expense allocations · Manage retail POSMs and POPs budget and campaign turnover Others: Market Intelligent Analyze & Branding Activities · Ensure brand marketing activities comply with the brand strategy · Analyse & monitor trade support activities (including sampling, roadshow, product catalogue, and display guidelines). · Assist & participate in Company/Brand awareness events · Provide Insight on channel/category trends to the team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
