Job Summary

  • Responsible for increasing revenue and eliminate revenue obstacles through creative, adaptive strategies and plans.
  • To assist in implementation of strategic plans in managing affiliates/partners across International corporate Sectors, Third Party Agents, Insurers, agents etc.
  • Provides day-to-day business plan in achieving revenue & objectives for achieving hospital revenue & targets.
  • Identify and execute sales & marketing initiatives based on customer / patient journey in order to develop and build long-term value-based customer.
  • To assist in marketing campaigns for building up brand equity, increase hospital market share and revenue growth
  • Maintain strong business relationships with the partners. Assist in develop hospital affiliate partner programs i.e. comprises of account profile, account analysis, account strategy, account objectives, account action plan, etc
  • Continuously seek new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive revenue growth & market share as the leading preferred healthcare provider in Malaysia.
  • Customize retention programs and continuously identify areas of improvements to build loyalty and brand affinity.
  • Effective usage of digital marketing & social media platform to promote the brand, drive partner and consumer engagement, increase SOV and positive WOM for hospitals.
  • Coordinate in execution of agreements, develop and maintain marketing/business development presentations and securing sponsorship for marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Development & Marketing and/or certificates in any related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in medical & hospitality field, focusing on Indonesia market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be a team player and the ability to work independently.
  • A self-starter with resourcefulness and an ability to work independently.
