QA Product & Process Engineer

1. To lead project teams for full compliance to IATF 16949:2016 requirements, APQP procedure and other applicable procedure through championing APQP activity and fully involve in each project stages 2. To perform sample buy-off until project stages accomplished and until transferred to production for series production 3. To attend customer meeting on sample inspection and follow-up with report and disposition status from customer 4. To ensure task adhere to project timing plan 5. To champion the PPAP activity until approval obtained from customer 6. To conduct production line release for series production (ie: Equipment and Line Buy-Off) and to final-release New Product Introduction for series production 7. To provide an input and participate in process FMEA 8. To verify with customer on Vendor Change Request for PPAP submission 9. To understand and disseminate customer specific requirements to the rest of the organization and vice-versa 10. To update and revise all necessary paperwork (audit checksheet, other QA documents) which is affected by the Engineering Change and Process Change before series production 11. To pursue that lessons learned are used and to collect lesson learned (Kakotora) with comparison of quality results to targets (functionality, time schedule) 12. To manage Claim Management for 0-km and field 13. To respond to customer complaints, inquiry and concerns within 24 hours 14. Manage the PCN, Layer Process Audit and evaluate the findings and drive for remedial and continual improvement and follow up PTN 15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior 16. Manage the complaint from customer by champion the 8D, ensure the implementation of the related corrective action that agreed by team , and report on local Quality Performance and customer complaints 17. To established inspection standard and verify the record for product audit (PIS) before send to customer
