M&E Manager

Position : M&E Manager Base : Site Project @ Langkawi Background : Mechanical & Electrical Engineering •Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites. •Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system. •Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements. •Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment. •Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health. •Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to. •Plan, coordinate, and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites. •Coordinate with M&E NSCs and DSCs to complete shop drawing, Safe Work Method Statement. M&E works included by not limit to Rain Water Down Pipe (RWDP). •Ensure NSC’s submission and materials are in order prior commencement of works. •Pick-up changes from revised drawing, RFI , EI and etc. Follow up with EOT and VO claims. •Ensure M&E NSCs and DSCs commence and complete works according to handover schedule. Ensure they sign-off areas receive form and sign-off when work are completed. •Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices. •Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
