Business Objectives
Provide oversight and early detection of late running activities within KUL airport infrastructure that may lead to delays.
Provide coordination of critical ‘save me’ flights and assigning assets and resources efficiently.
Provide an alignment/coordination between the operations department for PTC events
Provide delay trend analysis from a front line level observation.
Provide PTC monitoring/tracking/recording and advance planning
Provide follow up reporting and suggestion for positive change measures
Primary Accountabilities
Supervise turnaround of target flights and document inefficiency
Assist in the communication of PTC gaps to help drive efficient assignments of assets & staff
Accurate delay reporting
Identifies delay trends and provides measures for positive change
Indentfies flight rotations that consistently cannot meet OTP and offer feedback to the Scheduling Dept
Creates and builds on stakeholder relationships both below & above wing, with the NMC community
Governs fueling PTC and oversees service performance
Monitors guest flows within the terminal infra, and identifies throughput limitations
Identifies process gaps, and provides measures for solutions
Perform Root Cause Analysis on frequently delayed flights
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the Airline Industry .
- SPM / GCE/GCSE O Levels with a minimum of 3 Credits .
- Computer Literate and able to work with Apps and computer software.
- Proficient in Written & Oral English
- Good presentation skills are added advantages
- Proficient in Google sheets and Google Docs is an added advantage.
