Site Supervisor/Site Coordinator

To supervise, monitor and coordinate daily construction works according to the contract, drawings and specifications

Coordinate with consultant and contractor to ensure smooth flow of works

Prepare and update daily report on the site progress, verify progress report and attending site meetings.

Ensure all works executed are in compliance with the drawings, specification, procedure and schedule.

Carry out periodic / random checking and test.

To ensure that materials delivered conform to approved specification and quantities of material on site are consistent with site records.

Liaise with contractor, consultant and etc and notify to Management if any discrepancy and non compliance.

Ensure safety at site and all statutory requirements at site is adhered to.

Upon each stage completion, conduct a through checking and ensure all defects are rectified ( up till liability period )

Site progress to be updated and documented w/ site photos in TEAMS application, Superior and designated designer.

Any other task as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
