Job Description: 1. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on electrical systems and equipment, including switchboards, transformers, generators, and wiring. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime. 3. Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. 4. Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. 5. Oversee the installation of new electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards. 6. Assist in planning and executing electrical system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and capacity. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all electrical systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records. 8. Provide training and guidance to junior electrical technicians on proper electrical maintenance and safety practices. 9. Monitor and manage the inventory of electrical spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance activities. Job Requirements: 1. Possess a valid Chargeman A4 certificate issued by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) in Malaysia. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards. 4. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
