  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Position available at Kuala Lumpur.
  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in ARCHITECTURE.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working site experience.
  • Contract term – 30 months.
  • Expected date to start - February 2025.
  • Location – Kem Perdana Sungai Besi.
  • Experienced with government projects.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Supervise architectural works activities and coordinate with other consultants’ site staff.
  • Assist the Architect in resolving site issues, monitor site progress, monitor construction works and conduct inspections to ensure compliance to approved design and local Authority requirements.
  • To issue site memo and assist architects to produce Non-Conformance Report.
  • To inspect work in progress and to ensure the project meets the required standards and specification as stipulated in contract document.
  • To ensure that work carried out and materials delivered to the site are in accordance with material specification.
  • To produce weekly site progress report.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise effectively with Contractors and Consultants.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 30 months

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
