JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
- Prefer a candidate who can start immediately.
- Age group 18 up to 45 years old.
- Malaysian citizen.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via chats, calls, and emails (70% live chats, 30% calls and emails)
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following the SOP of call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective customer service.
- Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
