• Responsible for supporting the company with day-to-day administration, office support and fulfilling daily operational tasks. • Implement Facebook advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting, ad creatives and budget allocation. • Monitor, manage and update all property social media channels, ensuring active and engaged communities around trending topics and driving daily public interaction. • Assist with account transactions, including checking, verification, data entry and follow-up. • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, billing, etc.). • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other relevant data. • Conduct site visits and inspections at the property when needed. • Organize the filing system and manage documentation in an orderly manner. • Prepare and follow up on all documentation. • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed.
