Job Description: We are a leading supplier and retailer of home textiles, fashion apparel fabrics, and garments. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong organizational culture. In this role, you will oversee all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This is a key position where you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s HR strategy to support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that regular feedback is given, performance issues are addressed, and goals are set for employee growth.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to ensure employee development and retention.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits, and monitor compliance with labor laws.
- HR Compliance: Ensure company policies and practices comply with local employment laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to HR strategy by analyzing workforce trends, developing employee engagement initiatives, and creating programs that support organizational goals.
- HR Systems: Manage HR software and tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or textiles industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
