  • Handle of all project documentation and set up & maintain a good filing system for all relevant HR Admin document.
  • Renewal licenses.
  • Help with government submission.
  • Data entry.
  • Assist with shipment documents like Form D application and all related shipping document.
  • Assist store with stock in and out of goods in system.
  • Issue PO, Invoice when staff on leave.
  • Generate stock issue and stock receive in system and excel.
  • In-charge of building and vehicle insurance, inspection, tax renewal, maintence services.
  • In-charge of all licenses eg. Cukai tanah, harta renewal, registration with government bodies
  • In-charge of admin related issues: liase with IT contractor during downtime, stationaries. Execute training and development for existing employees.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
