Duties
- Responsible for front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls, reservation, greet all guest and visitors with proactive and efficient manner.
- Issue Official Receipt, assist complaint, renewal parking card and Lift Access Card, reply email, take minutes meeting, filing, typing letter and other duties related to admin.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & fluent English.
- Hardworking, possess positive attitude & sense of job responsibility.
- Good multitasking and time management skill.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Administrative assistant handling admin duties.
- Attend the complaint from resident
- To perform any clerical and administrative assignment & other task given time by time.
- Working days and off days to follow schedule.
