Duties

  • Responsible for front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls, reservation, greet all guest and visitors with proactive and efficient manner.
  • Issue Official Receipt, assist complaint, renewal parking card and Lift Access Card, reply email, take minutes meeting, filing, typing letter and other duties related to admin.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & fluent English.
  • Hardworking, possess positive attitude & sense of job responsibility.
  • Good multitasking and time management skill.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Administrative assistant handling admin duties.
  • Attend the complaint from resident
  • To perform any clerical and administrative assignment & other task given time by time.
  • Working days and off days to follow schedule.
