Responsibilities:
- Execute call strategies provided by Digital Sales Manager / Telemarketing Manager
- Perform lead qualification to identify potential customers
- Identify and contact customers and gain communication access with them
- Combine sales skills with product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/identify rank-up potential during re-qualification
- Continuously develop public knowledge of our company’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to the sales function
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the customer database
- Clean lead lists and Multichannel data with captured information
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree, (preferable sales / marketing / business management)
- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply as well
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) in a business setting
*EPF, SOCSO, EIS included

*6 months renewable contract
