RESPONSIBILITIES

Company secretaries responsibilities of the job include:

- To assist Managing Partner in corporate secretarial and administrative matters.

- Preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents.

- Ensuring proper maintenance and updating of statutory books, registers, and secretarial records of the companies.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities and authorities and advisors such as the Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors and etc.

- Preparing board resolutions for clients.

- Assist in the preparation of minutes and maintain a proper filling system.

- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative tasks as required by management from time to time.

- In charge of handling all secretarial and administrative duties.

To provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director.

- To manage and schedule appointments, coordinate traveling arrangements, itineraries and accommodation requirements.

- Liaise with external parties and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.

- Take on other ad-hoc related duties as and when needed.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong administrative skills such as Google Docs, Sheet, Form
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • The ability to take the initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Company/Corporate Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
