Financial Planning and Analysis Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial planning Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision making Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances. 3. Financial Reporting Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Oversee the preparation of management reports, board reports and other financial documentation. 4. Risk Management Identify and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. 5. Cash Flow and Treasury Management Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations Develop and manage investment strategies Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions 6. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment Ensure the finance team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources. 7. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks and investors Communicate financial results and strategies to the board of directors and investors. Represent the company in financial negotiations and discussions. 8. Market and Competitive Analysis Analyze market trends and competitor strategies Identify financial opportunities and risks Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. · Min 7 years and above proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role. · In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. · Strong understanding of financial management software and systems. · Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. · Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. · High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
