JOB DESCRIPTION · Performance Evaluation: Assist in the design and execution of performance appraisal processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. · Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to leadership. · Training & Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training programs that support performance improvement and employee growth. · Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and managers to facilitate performance discussions and provide guidance on performance-related issues. · Policy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. · Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and maintain feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather employee input on performance management processes. · Reporting: Prepare and present performance management reports to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement. · Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management to recommend enhancements to existing processes. REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. · Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to performance management in Malaysia.
