HR CUM FINANCE EXECUTIVE

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and coordinate pre-employment processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and training sessions are completed.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide assistance in accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Monitor and track departmental budgets and financial expenditures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
