Position: Customer Service - Italian
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift
Salary: RM8,300 to RM9,000
Requirements:
Fluent Italian speaker; C1 and above ONLY
Good English, B2 level at least
Customer service experience
Available to start immediately
Spouse visa or Permanent resident in Malaysia
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chats.
2. Identify and address customer needs, researching and providing solutions.
3. Go the extra mile to build sustainable customer relationships.
4. Ensure customer privacy and protect sensitive information.
5. Meet personal and team targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
6. Handle inquiries efficiently, from simple to complex, within specified time frames.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,300.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
