Program Design and Ideation:

• Create comprehensive channel programs that foster enduring relationships.

• Ideate strategies benefiting both partners and our organization.

Innovative Program Structures:

• Develop enticing recognition systems—beyond monetary incentives.

• Ignite motivation among channel partners for profitable sales growth.

Market Insights and Competitiveness:

• Dive into market research and competitive analysis.

• Ensure our programs remain competitive and delight our partners.

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Analyze program performance metrics.

• Leverage insights to fine-tune effectiveness.

Budget Management and Collaboration:

• Be the steward of program budgets.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams for seamless execution.

Effective Communication and Relationship Cultivation:

• Craft clear launch materials.

• Nurture strong bonds with key channel partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in channel management, consultancy, lifecycle optimization, or related roles.

FMCG or any fast-moving industry experience is an added advantage.

Proven track record of success in driving channel sales growth through incentive and rewards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

A passion for the telecommunications industry and a strong understanding of channel sales dynamics

Minimum degree holder with 5-8 years of work experience,

Professional Certification/Diploma/bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in relevant field
