Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration matters i.e. filling,
- Prepare tender document, quotation, invoice, work order, etc
- Handle company emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels (FB, IG & TikTok)
- Manage team and customer's work schedules
- Perform account data entry
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Approach customers and perform sales
