  • Handle office administration matters i.e. filling,
  • Prepare tender document, quotation, invoice, work order, etc
  • Handle company emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels (FB, IG & TikTok)
  • Manage team and customer's work schedules
  • Perform account data entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Approach customers and perform sales
