Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Warehouse Admin/Warehouse Clerk
- Working Location: Clementi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.45 am - 6 pm, Sat: 7.45 am - 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record shipments, reporting any issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel to keep updated inventory levels.
- Oversee picking, packing, testing, and quality control of outgoing and incoming goods.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, managing stock availability.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipment
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- NiTEC, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
