  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • To oversee the operation of Chear Motor (Shah Alam) Sdn Bhd.
  • Work with Chear Motor HQ and all other branches to ensure the smooth operation and management of Chear Motor Group.
  • Identify and address the problem and opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Accomplish organization projects by completing related results as needed within the timeline given.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  • Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Implement succession planning from time to time for all level of employees who under your care.
  • Resolve issue in production and other related departments to ensure the overall supply chain is in order.
  • Assist the sales and marketing as to achieve sales objective and brand awareness.
  • Carry out other task as been assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operation.
  • Proven track record of successfully in operation process.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa. Can speak Mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
