Bakery Retail Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and attentive bakery assistant to assist us at retail side. Your duties shall include promoting baked goods to customers, managing products inventories, taking control of the daily cleanup procedures at the bakery and others as required as bakery retail assistant.

Job Responsibilities :

• Taking care of product packing, arrangement, refill, and expiry dates tracking
• Create a welcoming and positive customer experience in friendly manner in-house and online.
• Interact with customers confidently to advise on baked goods selection and taking orders including processing accurate payments
• Maintain and monitor products display including products restock inventory.
• Responds to customer queries with clear understanding of product information and available offers
• Listen to customers needs and concerns in a pleasant manner
• Act with initiative, and be proactive in resolving customers’ concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail store at all times and performing other duties on request
• Follow hygiene & food safety procedures
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays

Job Requirement :

• Excellent customer service with good communication skills, team players with positive attitude.
• A keen eyes for details
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by the management and bakers.
• Only accept Malaysian
• Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Able to converse in Mandarin would be preferred
• Min. High School graduates (SPM)
• F&B or bakery interest would be added point
