- Make sure the plant equipment operate in stable condition though maintenance activity.
- Planning and managing the execution of the maintenance activities and equipment inspection.
- Maintain the asset integrity through daily maintenance and plan Shut Down.
- Manage the budget through manpower planning, details maintenance schedule and proper execution.
- To make sure all related party involved follow the quality control procedure and OCIM safety regulation.
- Create long term maintenance strategies that align with organization goals and operational requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
- Review work procedure and specification4. Observe and maintain ISO 90015.
- Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
- Conduct new CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities
- Conduct post performance analysis of completed projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Military service or exempted
- Those who are not disqualified for overseas business travel
- Intermediate level in English
- Experience in chemical plants is preferred
- Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery, piping, etc.
- Work experience from 10 years & above are required
- Prefer Korean
