- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or services industries.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
