  • Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or services industries.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
