  • Attend to customer’s queries professionally, timely, and in an accurate way on the E-Commerce platforms.
  • Provide feedback to the customer’s comments and complaints.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Update our databases on any issues and feedback received from customers.
  • Ensure all the materials for courier and delivery of goods are ready and liaise with the Admin officer for necessary arrangements.
  • Manage returns of orders.
  • Perform any other task as and when required by the Management.

The Customer Support Officer (E-Commerce) is responsible for resolving online shopper's queries, recommending solutions, and guiding the customers through features and functionalities.

Working hours: 12.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Working days: 6 days per week

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
