Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle full set account and profit and loss account as well as balance sheet.
  • Prepare monthly Management report, Cash Flow Forecast, Aging and Financial Analysis Report.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation works:
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Cash Reconciliation
  • Intercompany Aging Reconciliation
  • Sales and Purchase Reconciliation
  • Liaise with Auditor and Tax Agent on Yearly Account Audit.
  • Produce and organize filing system.
  • Handling budget and control Company expenses.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting &/or ACCA qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Accounting MS Great Plain will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Literate with good MS Excel skill.
  • Attentive to detail and meet datelines.
  • Computer literate (UBS System & MS Office) & multilingual.
  • Preferred language (s) : English
  • Working 5 days a week
