Inventory Control & Management
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts in the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked using inventory management software or systems.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system records.
Procurement Department Coordination
- Coordinate with the Procurement department on spare parts replenishment matter e.g. how many and what types of spare parts need to be restocked.
Warehouse Organization and Layout Optimization
- Implement best practices for storage, handling, and labeling of spare parts to ensure quick access and minimize the risk of damage.
Reporting & Budget Management
- Prepare and present regular inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and procurement costs to management.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a must.
- Minimum Diploma in any field and/ or proven experience in facility or warehouse management.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling urgent job tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skill with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members.
