How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Inventory Control & Management

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts in the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked using inventory management software or systems.
  • Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system records.

Procurement Department Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Procurement department on spare parts replenishment matter e.g. how many and what types of spare parts need to be restocked.

Warehouse Organization and Layout Optimization
  • Implement best practices for storage, handling, and labeling of spare parts to ensure quick access and minimize the risk of damage.

Reporting & Budget Management
  • Prepare and present regular inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and procurement costs to management.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field and/ or proven experience in facility or warehouse management.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling urgent job tasks.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skill with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members.
