Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Innovedge. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting various company functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and preparation of documents for application and submission to relevant government departments.
  • Manage and organise office files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customers' inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Minimum SPM level. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience is preferred but fresh graduate will be considered.
  • Location near to working venue (within 10-15km) is an advantage, own transport is not a must.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage but not required.
