  • Carry out full spectrum of admin/secretarial duties to the Manager/HOD.
  • Ensure meetings are effectively organized and minutes are taken.
  • Maintain effective records and administration.
  • Maintain and monitor the People Soft App (Employee Attendance, Overtime, and Absence). Training will be provided for using the system.
  • Enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Manage the department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, tele-conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports by collecting the necessary information.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Office Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience in an admin/secretarial background.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
