- Carry out full spectrum of admin/secretarial duties to the Manager/HOD.
- Ensure meetings are effectively organized and minutes are taken.
- Maintain effective records and administration.
- Maintain and monitor the People Soft App (Employee Attendance, Overtime, and Absence). Training will be provided for using the system.
- Enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.
- Manage the department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, tele-conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports by collecting the necessary information.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the immediate superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Office Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience in an admin/secretarial background.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
