Responsible for renewals of various licenses such as CIDB, PLMS, PUKONSA, DBKK and etc. · Perform all office tasks such as filing, maintaining documents, updating paperwork, ordering office supplies, running errands and performing other duties. · Arranging travel and accommodation for company. · Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. · Participate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experiences. · To ensure all documents are filed systematically. . To carry out any other duties as and when assigned and required by the management. . To assist superior to handle matters pertaining to Office maintenance such as Air con servicing, printer’s ink refill, copy machines refill, stationeries, and etc. . Experiece in writing letter. Candidate requirements: · Associate's diploma / degree in related field · Prior administrative experience. · Excellent computer skill, especially typing · Attention to detail. . Able to multitask.
