We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Receptionist cum Customer Success Officer. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a welcoming experience at the front desk, and will also play a key role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction by managing inquiries and providing exceptional support. Receptionist Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, routing them to the appropriate departments. - Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization. - Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings. - Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling courier services. Customer Success Duties: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. - Onboard new clients, guiding them through the necessary processes and ensuring a smooth transition. - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels. - Assist in preparing customer success reports and analytics. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence under pressure.
