Job Responsibilities: •Design, implement, and configure IT systems, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud solutions. •Assist in the deployment of new IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are set up and functioning optimally. •Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. •Assist in the setup and configuration of wireless networks, LAN, WAN, and cloud-based services. •Provide technical support for end-user hardware (computers, laptops, printers) and software applications. •Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, antivirus, and backup solutions. •Provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively. •Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, network layouts, troubleshooting procedures, and system updates. •Prepare technical reports, system performance reports, and inventory logs. Requirements : •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. •2+ years of experience in IT engineering or network administration. •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and cloud services. •Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery tools and processes. •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
