Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions, allowing you to develop essential skills for a career in human resources and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations:
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin departments.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Help with document filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
