Meliputi semua aspek penjagaan kucing yang menginap di hotel bagi memastikan semua kucing selamat, selesa, dan sihat

Covers all aspects of caring for cats on board ensuring that all cats are safe, healthy, and to have a fulfilling stay at the hotel

Tugas Utama

  • Melaksanakan tugas mengikut SOP KitiKat Hotel
  • Menyemak fizikal dan kelakuan kucing
  • Memberi makanan dan air kepada kucing
  • Membersihkan dan mencuci sangkar kucing
  • Membersihkan, mencuci, dan/atau menggantikan kotak najis kucing
  • Bermain dengan kucing semasa ‘playtime’
  • Memerhati, menyemak, dan melaporkan keadaan fizikal dan kelakuan kucing
  • Mengambil gambar serta video kucing
  • Menyokong dan melaksanakan tugas operasi harian KitiKat Hotel

Main Duties

  • Fulfil all the duties in accordance with the hotel SOP
  • Examine and inspect cats’ physical and behaviour on board
  • Serve food and water to the cats
  • Room and litter box cleaning
  • Engage and interact with cats in meaningful play
  • Observe, monitor, document and report on cats‘ health and behaviour
  • To photograph & take video of cats
  • Support the hotel’s overall daily operation

Pendandan Kucing (Cat Groomer)

Meliputi semua aspek penjagaan, perapian dan dandanan kucing di hotel bagi memastikan semua kucing selamat, selesa, dan sihat

Covers all aspects of cat grooming ensuring all cats are safe, healthy and achieve the intended grooming outcome with gentle and trigger-sensitive grooming approach

Tugas Utama

  • Menyemak fizikal dan kelakuan kucing
  • Menyemak dan mengesyorkan rawatan rapian kucing yang bersesuaian
  • Mendandan dan merapikan kucing dengan teliti, berhati-hati, tertib serta rapi mengikut SOP
  • Memerhati, menyemak, dan melaporkan keadaan fizikal dan kelakuan kucing
  • Menyokong dan melaksana tugas operasi harian KitiKat Hotel, dan penjaga kucing bila perlu

Main Duties

  • Observe and inspect cat’s physical health and behaviour
  • Assess and recommend suitable grooming package
  • Gentle groom cats in accordance with the hotels SOP
  • Observe and report on cat’s physical health and behaviour
  • Support the hotel’s overall daily operations

Pendidikan dan Kriteria

  • Lepasan SPM dan ke atas
  • Menyayangi kucing dan mempunyai sifat empati terhadap haiwan, dan berani serta yakin dalam mengendalikan kucing
  • Tiada alahan kucing
  • Mesra dan ramah, boleh menjalankan tugas khidmat pelanggan
  • Boleh mengikut arahan dan boleh bekerja berkumpulan

Education and Criteria

  • SPM and above
  • Love cats, have empathy towards animals, brave and confident in cat handling
  • No cat allergies or any related health limitations
  • Warm and friendly, able to follow instructions and work in a team
