We are an EduTech startup company looking for our Admin and Finance Hero to help us with our documentation, payments, booking and etc. With you helping us to manage our resources only then can we focus on helping the children to achieve their talents and goals.
Job Description
- Prepare and post receipts, invoices, employee claims and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
- Aligning with customer for payments.
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
- Make sure records and documents are updated.
- Maintain employees payroll
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management
- Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines
We are looking for students from Human Resource, Accounting, Event Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or other related backgrounds.
