  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Specialist to manage logistics, quotes, and customer communication. If you're experienced in freight coordination and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes.
  • Update and manage quotations and bookings in CargoWise.
  • Confirm pricing and shipping details with customers before booking.
  • Submit booking requests (SEA/AIR) to carriers and monitor truck movements.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding shipment arrangements and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in freight coordination and logistics.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and international shipping.
  • Proficient in logistics software (CargoWise experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
