- To create strong brand, increase new customers and retain existing ones through advertising, public relations, social media, event and partnerships. This includes KL and KTN outlets.
JOB SCOPE
1- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility within F&B line
2- Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channel (include social media, in-store promotions, delivery platform and events)
3- Develop engaging content for marketing, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) -story, feed and reels.
4- Work closely with cross-functional team including operations, and training to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
5- Conduct market research to identify customers needs, F&B trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
6- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies and track on the effectiveness of all the marketing activities.
7- To present cost analysis for any marketing or promotion campaign
8- Join, plan and execute any event relating to market our brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
