VACANCY - FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT (1 FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE)
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. SPM or Diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Account, Finance, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assist day-to-day accounting operation; accounting & clerical support, manage and control AR & AP matters, any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
2. Assist daily processing of financial transactions, ensure all the transactions are maintain in an effective, up to date, timely and accurate manner such as verify staff claims, leave and payment.
3. Maintain a proper filing system for all documents and records.
4. Ensure the smooth running of the company’s overall administrative functions.
5. Assist company correspondence (letters, email, tender).
6. To prepare documents and assist for banking matters.
7. Responsible to any ad-hoc task as assigned
8. Travelling, subject to the Company requirement.
