We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential customers, nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, and driving sales of high-quality parts for heavy equipment such as JCB, Kalmar, Sany, and other forklift spare parts. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various sales avenues, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate and develop robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients to comprehend their requests and requirements.
- The primary focus will be on JCB Parts, Kalmar Parts, Sany Parts, and other related Forklift Spare Parts.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales while ensuring profitability.
- Convert leads into sales and assist clients throughout the purchasing process.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
- Achieve the sales target goals established by the Head of Department for the year.
- Maintain sales records and submit quarterly sales reports.
- Monthly travel and site visits are required to maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Equipment Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Service to align efforts, optimize resources, and enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, forklift parts, or automotive parts industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
