Executive, Fit Out

Job Purpose: To ensure proper space planning and great ambiance for the mall and to execute and deliver projects as per the time given. Key Accountabilities: - Coordinate between internal departments (Leasing, BS & M&E) to ensure all necessary provisions, requests and issues are resolved. - Execute assigned projects or tasks by Superior or Management. - Provide design directions & advice by complying with optimum design guidelines. - Set and perform inspections with tenants & teams upon completion. - Comment and review tenant's submission of concept design. - Facilitate fit-out program with tenants or designers or contractors. - Attend regular site visits to monitor & verify that works are done in accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations. Key Challenges: - To ensure a project is completed and handed over on time. - To communicate with all contractors effectively. Education Qualifications: - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent. Relevant Experience: - At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. - Possess knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Rendering, or relevant industry knowledge. - Experience in project planning and scheduling. Personal Characteristics & Behaviors: - Strong work ethic. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa - Strong analytical, planning skills, negotiation & persuasion skills. - Pro-active with positive attitude and independent. - Multitasking, time management and have the sense of urgency. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with all people at all levels.
